HAPPY BIRTHDAY QUICKTIPS! That's right, 365 days ago a little show named Photoshop Quicktips was born. We've come a long way since then with nearly 800,000 downloads (since moving to this new site) and even becoming the top software podcast on iTunes numerous times! Thanks to everybody who helped the show make it this far and to all the viewers watching each and every week! In this week's episode we officially make the jump into Adobe Photoshop CS3 and I show you how to non-destructively edit live type using the NEW smart filters! I have officially launched my new website, SeeleyMedia.com. This site will be the new hub for all of my projects. You'll also be able to keep track of all my latest endeavors as well as any major industry happenings on my new blog that I will be updating daily (when possible)There will also be new video tutorials posted weekly on the site (videos you will NOT see on my podcasts), covering several of the new CS3 applications and a schedule of my seminar dates and information on how you can attend them as well. In the future I plan for this to be the central site for both my online store and all of my podcasts as well, but that will be a much slower transition. Please check out the new site and give me some feedback on what type of content you would like to see there. In this very special episode of Quicktips I am joined by Adobe's Senior Product Manager for Photoshop, John Nack. I know many of you out there have been wanting to see more of Photoshop CS3 in action and in this episode John takes us through both the Photoshop Cs3 Standard features and also some of the amazing things Adobe has put into Photoshop CS3 Extended. It's very hard to explain exactly what "The Look" is, but it seems to be a very popular technique amongst digital photographers today.
